The sermon by Pastor is based upon the 2nd lesson from Ephesians 5:15-20. As we address this scripture passage from Ephesians, how is it possible “always and for everything” to give God thanks? I’m not sure it’s possible if it’s solely left up to us. It’s certainly a challenge to thank God for the multitude of gifts that are given to us along life’s way. It’s an even greater challenge in times of pain or difficulty to give God thanks. We need help. In good times or in tough times, the Holy Spirit helps us to live our lives as gifts, grateful for what God has done, is doing, and promises yet to do. Amen!
