The sermon by Pastor is based on the Gospel reading from Luke 1:26-38. In our Gospel text, Mary is confused. But through God’s gracious word, she is brought to faith, obedience, and discipleship. God does the same for us, meeting us in our confusion. God declares an end to fear and the beginning of new ventures whose course and ending we can scarcely imagine. God calls us to welcome our lives being turned upside-down by God’s grace. Amen!
