All Saints Sunday

Pastor's sermon is based upon both the gospel lesson of the raising of Lazarus and the theme of All Saints Day. Jesus, the Good Shepherd calls one of his sheep by name and he comes out of the place of death. But the dead man was still bound. It’s amazing what happens next. Although Jesus himself starts the process, it is the community of faith that is then called and sent to unbind the dead man and restore him to life. God’s action through Jesus goes hand in hand with God’s action through US!
